**Senior Business Analyst (SAP ERP) | Netherlands | Hybrid**
RED is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale business transformation programme. You will act as the primary link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective functional solutions across a complex SAP landscape.
This is a hands-on Business Analysis role requiring strong stakeholder management, process analysis, functional design, and ERP integration experience.
This is a 10 months contract with extension possibilities, 3 days minimum onsite presence required in Den Bosch, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and third-party vendors.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate complex business processes into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Develop functional designs for interfaces, integrations and system enhancements.
- Validate that proposed technical solutions meet agreed business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder discussions.
- Create process flows, BPMN diagrams, use cases and user stories.
- Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution and defect management.
- Assist with data mapping, migration and conversion activities alongside technical teams.
- Support implementation planning, cutover preparation and go-live activities.
- Track project decisions, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Information Analyst.
- SAP knowledge of preferably modules QM and EAM
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise transformation projects.
- Strong experience working across multiple systems, integrations and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and producing functional specifications.
- Experience creating process models (BPMN), use cases and functional documentation.
